What products do you use?
We use a wide range of products depending on what will suit your skin. The Perfect Base kit includes Chanel, Clinique, Benefit, Nars, Laura Mercier, Armani, Dior and Mineral based ID makeup. If you have any allergies please let us know when you book.
How long will Wedding makeup take?
We allow an hour for the bride for the trial but on the day 45 minutes will be enough. For any other members of the wedding party please allow 30 minutes. It is much better to have your makeup done after your hair.
I would like to purchase some of the make-up products used in my lesson. Do you sell them?
We do not sell any make-up products. Our intention is to provide the best makeovers and most honest advice we can: by not selling any make-up you can be absolutely sure that our recommendations are based on what works for you - not what it suits us to sell. We can certainly provide you with a list of products used and where to buy them.
How soon in advance should I book my makeup trial?
You can have your trial any time you like, although we would suggest leaving it no later than one month before your wedding and no sooner than one year in advance.
What happens if I need to cancel a bridal makeup booking with you?
If you are canceling a trial appointment, you will not incur any charges. If you are canceling your wedding make up unfortunately your deposit will be lost, although, in exceptional circumstances, if it is more than 3 months in advance of your wedding date we can offer you a refund.
What happens if my makeup artist is unwell?
In this very unlikely event, we always make sure there is another makeup artist on standby who is fully briefed on the individuals needs.
